1 to 1 Personal Training sessions

I help clients optimise FAT LOSS and maximise MUSCLE GAINS.

This is a smart program design, gym based resistance training and one to one personal training in the gym.

We will have one to one sessions with the added benefit of a tailored program which you will be able to utilise in solo training sessions.

  • x4 Personal Training sessions per month (or upgrade to 8 sessions)

  • Tailored program design every 4 weeks

  • Nutritional guidance with full calories and macronutrient split

  • Full access to my app

  • Nutrition education and motivational groups

  • Communication via my personalised app

Monday – Friday

7am to 8pm
